  • Two Shaft Shredder

Cut tires into rubber pieces of 50×100 mm, or larger-sized rubber pieces for easier operation in the subsequent process. Equipment specifications are available in various types and can be customized. Dual-drive system: Features large torque and low speed, with differential operation easily achievable through independent control. As a secondary shredding device, it can perform individual reversal, increasing capacity by 15%. This also reduces the number of motor reversals and extends the motor service life. A hydraulic arm is installed on the hopper, which forcibly presses recycled materials into the cutter. A wide range of cutters are available, including those made of surfacing-welded alloy steel, surfacing-welded high-alloy steel, and cutters with removable heads.
