TIRE RECYCLIN SYSTEMS
Tire recycling is a critical global environmental and waste management challenge, stemming from massive waste volumes and the need for sustainable solutions. A key hurdle is its complex composition: tires comprise rubber, steel, and synthetic fibers, requiring specialized recycling systems. 3E Machinery’s tire recycling process has key advantages, such as turning waste into valuable commodities.
OVERVIEW
Waste Initiatives offers tyre recycling systems capable of processing a range of output sizes, including tyre-derived fuel (TDF), tyre crumb, and rubber powder.
LGF Rasper
Crush pre-shredded tire chips (size: 50×100 mm) into rubber crumbs with a maximum size of 25 mm (size: ≤25 mm). Equipment specifications are available in multiple types and can be customized to meet specific requirements. Single-machine capacity ranges from 500 kg/h to 4000 kg/h. Thanks to the specialized design of the rotor and stator blades, the equipment can process tire rubber blocks containing 30 mm-diameter steel wires and internal steel wire rings. Additionally, this design ensures an extended blade service life. Human-centered design: The top cover can be disassembled in approximately 8 minutes, enabling quick and convenient maintenance.
Rubber Granulator
The rubber crusher is designed to crush ≤25 mm rubber crumbs (output from the LGF separator) into rubber particles of 0.5–4 mm. Equipment specifications are available in various types and can be customized to meet specific needs. The single-machine capacity ranges from 500 kg/h to 2000 kg/h. Human-centered design for ease of operation and maintenance: Top cover opening: Simply loosen the screws fixed on one side of the top cover, then either turn the handwheel or start the motor to open the cover. Screen disassembly: The screen is easy to disassemble—use the dedicated handwheel or spanner provided with the equipment. Blade replacement: When blades need to be replaced (e.g., due to jamming), the process is highly convenient, taking only about 8 minutes to complete disassembly.

Success stories
3E’s excellent products are sold worldwide, winning it widespread acclaim.
Material Drawing
Two Shaft Shredder
Cut tires into rubber pieces of 50×100 mm, or larger-sized rubber pieces for easier operation in the subsequent process. Equipment specifications are available in various types and can be customized. Dual-drive system: Features large torque and low speed, with differential operation easily achievable through independent control. As a secondary shredding device, it can perform individual reversal, increasing capacity by 15%. This also reduces the number of motor reversals and extends the motor service life. A hydraulic arm is installed on the hopper, which forcibly presses recycled materials into the cutter. A wide range of cutters are available, including those made of surfacing-welded alloy steel, surfacing-welded high-alloy steel, and cutters with removable heads.
