  • Pre- Shredder

     

    ‌"The pre-shredder is typically employed to process bundled agricultural films, woven bags, and similar materials, serving as the initial stage in plastic film recycling plants. Engineered for materials containing high silt and sand content, it simultaneously breaks down entire packages into smaller fragments while facilitating the pretreatment of impurities. This design minimizes wear on downstream equipment by efficiently removing abrasive particles early in the process."

    Single Shaft Shredder

     

    "The first stage involves material size reduction to achieve homogeneous particle sizes for subsequent washing. It is often advantageous to integrate a water inlet into the crushing equipment, serving as a pre-washing function. Based on specific requirements, we employ either a single machine or a combination of the following units:".

    Film Shredder

  • Pre- Washer

     

    ‌We design and build systems to suit a wide range of contamination levels. Depending on the type and size of the plastic, andlevel of contamination we design a system that will clean the specified material consistently and efficiently.

    Film prewasing machine

     

    Special feeding and washing blade design for big sizefilm prewashing, the screen can remove most of dirtyand sand. It can protect the knives of the crusher torunning longer time and more efficient. The waste filmthrough the prewashing machine can be removed 80%dirty. The machine can be wet and dry washing.

    Trommel

     

    Trommel is adopted for pre-treatment process to getrid of impurity including sand, metal and etc. It canreduce the abrasive wear of the following machine.

    Sink Floating Tank

    According to the density of the material, the waste material will be separated from the film during the washing part.

  • Horizontal Centrifugal Dryer

     

    ‌This machine is mainly used to dewatering the cleaningplastic film, centrifugal forces from high speed rotationfor master shaft which throw plastic film and wateragainst the screen, and water is drained from the screen.This machine is good effective on drying and highefficiency. With the inlet air patent design, the drynesshas been increased 2-3%.

    Vertical Dewatering Machine

    Agglomerator

    Due to friction, recycled materials heat up and soften—their surfaces melt, forming worm-like strips that are then drawn into the granulator and cut into pellets of your desired size. This system can work with an aggregator to recycle materials such as film, PE, PS, and PET, along with dry composite materials. It offers high capacity, full automation, and continuous operation, requiring only a small number of operators, while the moisture content of the finished pellets can be kept within 2%.

    Squeezer

     

    The Squeezer is designed for mechanical dewatering of PE/PP plastic films or woven bags post-crushing and cleaning. It adopts a high-torque spiral mechanism to extrude loose materials, forcing water to be expelled through the screen. Equipped with a hydraulically controlled discharge port, it effectively prevents material clogging. This machine boasts low energy consumption and excellent dewatering performance, with the moisture content of the discharged material controllable at around 10%.

    Squeezer& Agglomerator

     

    The Squeezer is specifically designed for the mechanical dewatering of PE/PP plastic films or woven bags following crushing and cleaning. It incorporates a high-torque spiral mechanism that extrudes loose materials, forcing water to be expelled through the screen. Its discharge port features hydraulic control, which effectively prevents material clogging. This machine offers low energy consumption and excellent dewatering performance, with the moisture content of the discharged material controllable within the range of 2-5%.
