PCB BOARD RECYCLING LINE
The PCB board recycling line developed by 3E Machinery is primarily designed for the PCB industry. It processes waste PCB boards, frames, and drilling powder generated during PCB production, as well as various electronic wastes collected by environmental disposal companies—all while ensuring environmentally friendly handling of waste circuit boards. OVERVIEW
The entire material flow process—from raw material input to equipment processing—is conducted in a sealed environment, ensuring no pollution in the production environment.
Two Shaft Shredder
After primary shredding by a dual-shaft shredder, the material (crushed into 50-100mm chunks) proceeds to the next stage.
MAIN EQUIPMENT
Granulator
In the crushing stage, bare PCB boards need to be shredded from "blocks" into "metal-nonmetal mixed particles" (typically with a particle size of 2-5 mm), providing uniform materials for subsequent sorting.
Fine Crusher
It adopts either "impact crushing" or "grinding crushing" with a built-in screen to control particle size. This further crushes the coarsely crushed block materials into 2-5mm mixed particles, ensuring sufficient dissociation between metal particles (copper) and non-metal particles (resin, glass fiber).
