In the lithium battery recycling process, the supporting dry drying, cracking, and tail gas treatment system plays a key role in environmental protection and resource purification.​ The dry drying system removes moisture from battery materials, ensuring the stability of subsequent cracking operations. The cracking system effectively decomposes organic components in the materials, laying the foundation for efficient resource separation.​ The tail gas treatment system, as a crucial environmental protection link, purifies harmful substances in the exhaust gas, meeting environmental emission standards and realizing green recycling.

Lithium Battery Special Crusher

High-speed uniaxial hammer crushing can fully and effectively smash the bulk components in lithium battery materials. This thorough crushing facilitates the subsequent process to sort materials with high specific gravity, such as steel shells and pole lugs.

Fine Crusher

Our fine crusher for lithium battery material processing is a patented product (Patent No.: 202110399873.4). It allows materials to stay in the crushing cavity for an extended period, enabling full crushing and stripping of the materials—laying a solid foundation for the subsequent sequential sorting process.

Gravity sorting system

First, sieve the black powder remaining in copper and aluminum particles to separate it from the metal particles. Then, use a specific gravity sieving machine to separate copper particles from aluminum particles. This two-step sorting process achieves a sorting ratio of up to 99%, ensuring high-purity recovery of copper and aluminum resources.
