OVERVIEW

The design for the recycling line is unique and the separation effect is high. It has already acquired the national patent (ZL2017 1 0005788.9). It is good for environmental protection and safety production and the output material, dust and exhaust air will be processed by individual ventilation system.

MAIN EQUIPMENT 

Two Shaft Shredder

Preliminary shredding is required for disassembled refrigerators. The equipment exhibits the following operating characteristics: low-speed rotation, high-torque drive, and low-noise operation. It can efficiently shred various refrigerator components, balancing processing stability and environmental friendliness to meet the requirements of the pre-process in the recycling workflow..

Vertical Granulator

Post preliminary shredding, materials undergo further processing to decrease size and enable proper separation, so that the output size complies with fine separation requirements. Wear parts have a service life of ≥ 200,000 refrigerators processed. Maintenance is convenient, and residual materials inside the cutting chamber are easy to clean. The metal density exceeds 0.8 t/m³.

Z type Fine Separator System

With air as the sorting medium, materials undergo density-based separation via airflow and gravity. It functions as a secondary separation for foam and light plastics, enhancing the plastic recovery rate.

High Pressure Hammer Blower

It is used to collect and crush foam. During subsequent processing, it improves the volume reduction efficiency and enables better separation of plastics from the foam in the secondary separation stage. This process is critical to the recycling line, and the associated equipment has obtained a national patent.

Hydraulic Foam Volume Reducing Machine

The foam volume will be reduced and compressed into blocks. This equipment features a high compression ratio, generates no heat, and eliminates fire hazards.
